Meeting was called to order by David Yeager, at time 7:20 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Alfred Rodriguez and Natalie Yancey; Kerry Postel and Mel Ash were absent.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Dave and second by Alfred to approve the June, 2011 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of June 20, 2011
- Regions Operating Account: $41,481.70
- Regions Money Market: $158,775.18
- Accounts Receivable: $98,447.42
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- 2 fence requests — approved
Landscaping:
- PLM to do an irrigation check at the front entrance to make sure flowers are being watered adequately.
- PLM to change doggie bags more frequently.
- PLM to kill weeds growing around outlets at retention ponds and disc the bottom of retention ponds for better perculation.
Unfinished Business:
- Old picnic bench at the park to be sold for $200. Sale to be posted on the website.
- New owner package approved with plastic cover and spiral binder at a charge to the HOA of approximately $2.15 per package not including postage. More numbers were requested to be added to frequently called number page.
Under New Business the following topics were discussed:
- Lisa to meet with St. Johns Water Management regarding erosion.
- Board would like to discuss fee waivers at the August meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:30 p.m.
