Meeting was called to order by Dave Yeager, at time 7:15 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Mel Ash, Natalie Yancey and Alfred Rodriguez. Kerry Postel was absent.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Mel and second by Natalie to approve the November 2011 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of December 31, 2011
- Regions Operating Account: $2,2284.89
- Regions Money Market: $148,942.08
- Accounts Receivable: $94,209.38
- Quail Valley how holds title to 129 Gentle Breeze Drive and will rent the property to recoup assessments owed to the association. All County Sterling will be the property manager overseen by EPM Services as representative of the Board.
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- Painting — 529 Gentle Breeze — approved
Violations:
- Members were encouraged to call the City of Minneola when seeing cars parked on the right of way (utility easement).
- Yards that need sod will have until April 1st to comply.
Landscaping and Maintenance:
- Management will ask PLM to be sure to pick up any trash on the ground before mowing. Also requested to have PLM check on the Flax Lilies at the entrance and to trim shrubs at the phone box on Gentle Breeze.
- EPM will call the City of Minneola to trim the shrubs around the lift station.
- EPM will order small green doggie bags and large bags for the doggie depot canisters.
- Member Phil Maio will give President Dave Yeager the proposal from Oxford Pipeline to repair the retention ponds.
Under New Business the following topics were discussed:
- Dave Yeager will gather information regarding security at the Park to present to the membership.
- EPM Services will choose the Yard of the Month during the drive through inspection. The winner will receive a gift card from Home Depot.
Next meeting will be February 22nd 2012 at the Minneola City Hall.
Meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:30 p.m.
