Meeting was called to order by David Yeager, at time 7:20 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Kerry Postel and Natalie Yancey. Alfred Rodriguez and Mel Ash were absent.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Natalie and second by Kerry to approve the March 28, 2012 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of March 31, 2012
- Regions Operating Account: $100,130.19
- Regions Money Market: $149,004.16
- Accounts Receivable: $127,514.59
Committee Reports were given as follows:
Violations:
- Drive through completed. A number of lawns need mowing.
Landscaping:
- Retention ponds — Quote received for $29,400 to install concrete pads instead of rip rap at the retention ponds in QVLOA. Motion made by Natalie and a second by Kerry to proceed with getting this work complete before the summer rains start.
- PLM need to pick up trash before they mow in the neighborhood.
Unfinished Business:
- 129 Gentle Breeze Drive — A motion by Kerry and a second by Natalie to proceed with painting at this address by A+ Painting for $1340. The electric will also be turned on so that the air conditioning can be run to keep the house cooler as we move into the summer months.
- Motion made by Kerry and a second by Natalie to proceed with 4 lien foreclosures.
Under New Business the following topics were discussed:
