Quorum was met.
Meeting was called to order by David Yeager, at time 7:20 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Kerry Postel, Natalie Yancey and Alfred Rodriguez. Mel Ash was absent.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Natalie and second by Alfred to approve the May 2012 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of May 31, 2012
- Regions Operating Account: $93,948.93
- Regions Money Market: $132,407.59
- Accounts Receivable: $110,335.58
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- Pool — Pending
- Fence — Approved
Violations:
- Mostly lawns needing to be mowed.
Landscaping:
- Retention ponds — work is almost complete. Ponds are looking much better and the work is to be completed before the summer rains start.
- PLM to be given one final warning about picking up trash before running over it.
- PLM provided quotes for replanting at the entrance. Motion made by Natalie and second by Alfred to remove the dead palm tree at the entrance. Motion made by Alfred and a second by Natalie to do option #2 if they agree to mulch as well for $875.
Unfinished Business:
- 129 Gentle Breeze Drive — July 10 is the date for the motion for summary judgment to set date for the sale. It was agreed that we would turn off the electricity to this home.
Under New Business the following topics were discussed:
- We received 3 fence bids for the one retention pond on Gentle Breeze Dr., 1 has been selected to proceed.
- Public Works are responsible for reinstalling the speed sign – Lisa will contact.
- 4 more foreclosures by the bank.
Next meeting will be July 25th, 2012.
