Meeting was called to order by David Yeager, at time 7:15 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Natalie Yancey, Mel Ash and Alfred Rodriguez. Kerry Postel was absent.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Natalie and second by Mel to approve the June 2012 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of June 30, 2012
- Regions Operating Account: $85,260.24
- Regions Money Market: $134,977.36
- Accounts Receivable: $104.849.91
- Management was requested to obtain the formula used by association CPA to calculate bad debt.
Committee Reports were given as follows:
Violations:
- Management was requested to send a violation letter to 235 Valley Edge Dr for an unleashed pit bull.
Landscaping:
- PLM to trim around new fence at 455 Gentle Breeze.
- Board voted again regarding the landscaping at the right side of entrance to the community. Management was asked to cancel previous request to plant new shrubs in the area and request ground cover and mulch instead.
Unfinished Business:
- 129 Gentle Breeze Drive — Sale date update requested.
Under New Business the following topics were discussed:
- Management was asked to send a certified letter to Ramon of Minneola Code Enforcement regarding parking over sidewalks and putting more speed limit signs in the community.
- Motion was made by Alfred and seconded by Mel to repair the electricity in the second median and to install electricity in the first median in preparation for the holiday decorations.
Next meeting will be August 22nd, 2012.
