Quorum was met.
Meeting was called to order by Dave Yeager, at time 7:15 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Alfred Rodriguez, Natalie Yancey and Kerry Postel. Mel Ash was absent. Kerry Postel resigned from theBoard and the open seat on the Board was announced to the membership at the meeting.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Natalie and seconded by Alfred to approve the January 2013 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of January 31, 2013
- Regions Operating Account: $14,808.24
- Regions Money Market: $100,012.57
- Accounts Receivable: $153,019.66
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- ARB requests were reviewed and signed by ARB committee.
Violations:
- Management was requested to send violation letters to owners for painting, dogs running loose, debris at the sides of the home and rental signs in the yard.
Landscaping/Maintenance:
- A motion was made by Alfred and seconded by Natalie to raise the decorating budget from $500 to 1000 for holiday lights. Owner Donna Degennaro will work with Jay’s Lighting for the Christmas lighting of the entrance for Christmas 2013.
Unfinished Business:
Under New Business the following topics were discussed:
Motion to adjourn Alfred, and a second by Natalie at 8:16 p.m.
Next meeting will be on March 28th, 2013.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
