Quorum was met.
Meeting was called to order by Dave Yeager, at time 7:15 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Natalie Yancey, Stephen McPherson, Alfred Rodriguez and Mel Ash.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Mel and seconded by Steve to approve the March 2013 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of March 31, 2013
- CNL Operating Account: $93,748.37
- Regions Money Market: $60,635.01
- CNL Reserve Account: $96,131.16
- Accounts Receivable: $126,218.89
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- ARB requests were reviewed and signed by ARB committee.
Landscaping/Maintenance:
- Barbara Feger will plant vincas in front of the entrance sign. She asked that PLM trim knock out roses and fertilize the juniper on right side entrance under the trees.
- PLM will also be requested to trim the shefelera in front of the entrance sign so that they are even.
- The sod is dead around the culvert area at 455 Gentle Breeze. PLM will be requested to give us a price to replace the dead sod.
Unfinished Business:
- No unfinished business this month.
Under New Business the following topics were discussed:
- Board requested a certified letter be sent to the City of Minneola requesting regular updates on the appraisal and sale of the Smoke (sic) property adjacent to Quail Valley.
- The Board requested that Management find out from the association attorney the legality and process of the association purchasing the property adjacent to Quail Valley.
- Mel requested Management to find out how much the association invested in dismantling the processing plant on the land adjacent to Quail Valley.
Motion to adjourn by Natalie at 8:10 p.m.
Next meeting will be on Thursday, May 23rd, 2013.
