Quorum was met.
Meeting was called to order by Dave Yeager, at time 7:15 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Alfred Rodriguez and Mel Ash.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Mel and seconded by Alfred to approve the April 2013 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of June 30, 2013
- CNL Operating Account: $91,844.83
- Regions Money Market: $60,647.09
- CNL Reserve Account: $103,757.61
- Accounts Receivable: $103,167.78
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- ARB requests were reviewed and signed by ARB committee.
Landscaping/Maintenance:
- PLM to install annuals at the front entrance four times per year and trim the arboracola. Motion made by Alfred and seconded by Mel. All agreed and motion passed.
- The Property Doctor will clean retention pond signs and make sure they are all erect and in good shape.
Unfinished Business:
- No unfinished business this month.
New Business:
- The Board requested that owners with multiple newspapers on driveway should be sent violation letters.
- Management was requested to find out legal status of home on Gentle Breeze Dr.
Motion to adjourn by Mel at 7:55 p.m.
Next meeting will be on Thursday, August 22nd, 2013 at 7:15.
