Quorum was met.
Meeting was called to order by Dave Yeager, at time 7:25 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Alfred Rodriguez, Steve McPherson and Mel Ash.
Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
Motion made by Mel and seconded by Alfred to approve the July 2013 minutes.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of July 31, 2013
- CNL Operating Account: $84,474.14
- Regions Money Market: $60,649.83
- CNL Reserve Account: $106,313.58
- Accounts Receivable: $101,129.05
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- ARB requests were reviewed and signed by ARB committee.
Landscaping/Maintenance:
- PLM to be requested to mow 136 Carlyle on a regular basis until foreclosed by the Bank.
- Request was made to have management send a certified violation letter to owner who parks a tow truck on Quail Valley street.
- Management (and owners) to call Waste Management regarding slow pickup of yard debris.
- Management to order small “Fido” baggies.
Unfinished Business:
- Minneola “Open Space” issue currently on hold. The goal is for the City of Minneola to grant Quail Valley retention pond land behind Tradewind and La Costa.
New Business:
- Garage Sale will be scheduled for October 2013.

Next meeting will be on Thursday, September 26th, 2013 at 7:15.
