Quorum was met.
Meeting was called to order by Dave Yeager, at time 7:15 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: Dave Yeager, Mel Ash, Steve McPherson and Lynn Anoai. Alfred Rodriguez was absent.
Community Manager Lisa Donohue from EPM was present.
The January 2014 minutes were approved with a motion from Mel and seconded by Lynn. All agreed. Motion passed. Quorum was not met in February so there were no minutes to approve.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of February 28, 2014
- CNL Operating Account: $78,368.94
- First Southern Money Market (in transit): $130,665.14
- CNL Reserve Account: $123,464.43
- Accounts Receivable: $101,392.77
Committee Reports were given as follows:
ARB Report:
- ARB requests were reviewed and signed by ARB committee.
Landscaping/Maintenance:
- Management was requested to ask PLM to clean the outlet next to 455 Gentle Breeze, trim the palms for $30 each, pick up the trash in the retention ponds and at the park routinely, and cut the grass between the sidewalk and the retention ponds and the sidewalk and the streets. Azaleas at the entrances will be discussed at the April meeting.
- A motion was made by Mel and seconded by Lynn to have the property doctor reinforce “no trespassing” signs and clean signs. Signs will be replaced as necessary. All agreed and the motion passed.
Unfinished Business:
- A motion was made by Lynn and seconded by Mel to have Al Cook send a letter to the corporate office at Walgreens or the General Counsel’s office to bring the irrigation matter at the entrance to their attention and demand that services be restored. All agreed and the motion passed.
New Business:
- No new business was brought forth at the meeting.
Motion to adjourn by Lynn at 7:50 p.m.
Next meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24th, 2014 at 7:15 at the Minneola City Hall.
