Quorum was met.
Meeting was called to order by Dave Yeager, at time 7:15 p.m..
Board members in attendance were as follows: Dave Yeager, Steve McPherson, Lynn Anoai and Mel Ash. Alfred Rodriguez was absent.
The management company was represented by Rak Sharma, owner of EPM. Mike McLeod and Operational manager for PLM, Kelly, were present.
The April 2014 minutes were approved with a motion from Lynn and seconded by Mel. All agreed. Motion passed.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue
- As of May 30, 2014
- CNL Operating Account: $76,094.23
- First Southern Money Market: $130,741.51
- CNL Reserve Account: $127,886.69
- Accounts Receivable: $80,670.65
Committee Reports were given as follows:
- Board requested update on 418 Tradewinds (Painting)
- 439 Tradewinds — multiple issues such as mosquitos, bugs, tires, etc. Home has been reported to Code Enforcement and Board suggested to neighbors that they call the Health Dept.
- “For Rent” signs to be limited to windows only and not in front yards.
Landscaping/Maintenance:
- Management was requested to ask PLM to be sure to trim around perimeter of outlet at 455 Gentle Breeze and pay special attention to the roses at the entrances as they look like they have a fungus problem.
Unfinished Business:
- Board to be kept updated from Al Cook about legal issue with Walgreens.
- Management requested to have Lake County Sheriff Mark Stauffer attend the next meeting. Owner requested speed limit lamps be placed on community roads.
New Business:
- Motion to approve Rak Sharma as authorized signer on the First Southern Bank account was tabled until the next meeting pending more information.

Next meeting will be held on Thursday, July 26th, 2014 at 7:15 at the Minneola City Hall if available.
