The meeting was called to order, at time 7:15 p.m.. Board members in attendance were as follows: Dave Yeager, Mike Ellis, Mel Ash, and Ray Nivarel. The management company was represented by Lisa Donohue of EPM Services. The May 2016 minutes were approved with a motion from Mel and seconded by Ray. All agreed. Motion passed. Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue As of May 31, 2016 CNL Operating Account: $142,300.68 Centerstate Bank Money Market: $31,454.75 CNL Reserve Account: $163,154.11 Iberia Bank Reserves: $100,311.95 Accounts Receivable: $37,395.22 Committees The Board requested 711 Whisper Sound owner to receive letter from Attorney Al Cook regarding multiple problems with home, resident behavior, and yard. The Board requested code enforcement be notified about 439 Tradewind Dr. and the fence panels which open their backyard to view from the street. Landscaping/Maintenance: Dave will find a company to clean out retention pond inlets and send the bid to the Board. Old Business: The Board agreed to take pictures of signs in neighboring subdivisions to get ideas of what would be appropriate for upgrading the signs at Quail Valley. More discussion to follow. New Business: No new business this month.
