The Board of Directors meeting of the Quail Valley Lot Owners Association met at Minneola City Hall. Management called the meeting to order at 7:19 p.m. A full quorum of the Board members was present with 5 of the 5 Board members in attendance. Present: Laura Smith, Alfredo Rodriguez, Raymond Nivarel, Matthew Masem and Melvin Ash. The management company was represented by Sandra Acevedo, Community Association Manager. Proof of Notice was confirmed. 2019 Budget Updated draft requires signature. Financial Report The financial report provided. Management Report The Management report was included in the Board Packets. Minutes from October 2018 BOD Meeting Minutes were reviewed and signed. Unfinished Business Radar Sign Security Camera Violations Landscaping Facebook Page 455 Gentle Breeze Pole Park Light Poles New Business Management discussed meeting for 2019. Open Floor The meeting adjourned at 8:31 p.m. with a motion from Melvin Ash which was seconded by Matt Masem.
