A special meeting of the Quail Valley Lot Owners Association, Inc. Board of Directors was held virtually through GoToMeeting on May 4, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. Board Members present were Ray Nivarel (President), Ron Caron (Director), Laura Smith (Vice President) and Robert Tindell (Secretary/Treasurer). Quorum was established. 4 out of 4 present. Marie Aguirre represented Management. Meeting called to order: at 11:18 a.m. Only business of the Meeting: Discussing the bids for new landscaper and new dog station cleaners and deciding who will be hired. Three companies provided bids for landscaping: Traveling Trees — $2250 per month Land Art — $2880 per month Hogan Landscaping — $2850 per month One company provided bids for dog station cleanup and maintenance — CAM Resources. Laura motioned to accept Traveling Trees as new landscaper and CAM Resources as new dog station maintenance crew. Robert seconded and all were in favor. Board asked that manager request discount on May services from current landscaper and to receive credit for new plants that were never replaced. Also discussed possible water sensor on sprinkler system. Adjournment: 11:45 a.m. Ron Caron motioned to adjourn, Laura Smith seconded and all in favor.
