A regular meeting of the Quail Valley Lot Owners Association, Inc. Board of Directors was held virtually through GoToMeeting on June 25, 2020, at 7:15 p.m. Board Members present were Ray Nivarel (President), Ron Caron (Director), Laura Smith (Vice President) and Robert Tindell (Secretary/Treasurer). Quorum was established. 4 out of 4 present. Marie Clark and Ryan Kerlin represented Management. Meeting was noticed on Facebook and Info Board. Meeting called to order: at 7:15 p.m. by Ray Nivarel. Previous Meeting Minutes: Laura Smith motions, Ron Caron seconded to approve minutes for June 1, 2020. Financial Report Report was presented by Manager, Marie Clark. Manager's Report Manager reports that there are homes that have not complied after violations. Next meeting will have a list of individuals that may need to be referred to the attorney's office for covenant demand. Violation Report Many yard violations and pressure washing violations. Unfinished Business Pressure washing bid still needs to be approved. Electrician for gazebo at Playground. New Business Laura Smith is going to drive aroound to find a yard of the month. Member Forum Ms. Donna reported about the lead and arsenic levels reported in the water testing in May 2017 and how there has not been any other further testing.
