A regular meeting of the Quail Valley Lot Owners Association, Inc. Board of Directors was held at Minneola City Hall, 800 North US Hwy. 27, Minneola, FL 34715, on February 25, 2021, at 7:18 p.m.

Board Members present were Ray Nivarel (President), Laura Smith (Vice President), Robert Tindell (Secretary/Treasurer) and Ron Caron (Director). Quorum was established. 4 out of 4 present. Marie Clark represented Management.

Meeting was noticed on Facebook and Info Board.

Meeting called to order: 7:15 p.m. by Ray Nivarel.

Previous Meeting Minutes:

Laura motioned to accept minutes with edit; Ron seconded to approve minutes for January 28, 2021 meeting. All in favor. Motion passed.

Financial Report

Management reviewed income and expense report along with balance sheet. AR report and updated collections sheet as well attorney collection report was reviewed..

Manager's Report

Manager is making appointments for Bids for Community Monument Sign.

Manager is checking with vendors about cost of updating the website.

Manager has given Tim from Traveling Tree a final deadline for retention pond remediation project.

Violations to Send to the Attorney:

716 La Costa Ron motions to send this property to the attorney for covenant demand. Laura 2^nd, all approved. Motion Passes.

Unfinished Business

Traveling Trees propsal for Retention Ppond erosion — Laura motions to accept Traveling Trees proposal for retention pond remediation, but requests that he send a map of the areas to be done. Robert 2^nd, and all in favor. Motion Passes..

New Business

Yard of the Month — 735 Whisper Sound — Robert motions to accept this as the yard of the month. Ron 2^nd, and all in favor. Motion Passes.

We ordered a new Yard of the Month sign. Laura motions to purchase the new sign as long as it's under $150, Ron 2^nd, all in favor. Motion Passes to purchase new sign..

Community Garage Sale (update) — March 6^th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Advertising and permits completed.

Estimates and Ideas for the Entrance Sign Project — Affordable Signs and Creative Signs. Board is in favor of using Creative Signs since they provided an estimate, but they would like a new estimate that includes colored changing LED Lights.

Member Forum (Open Floor — 3 Minutes Per Speaker

With nothing further to discuss, Robert motioned to adjourn, Laura 2^nd and all in favor.
