Meeting called to order: President Ray Nivarel called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
Quorun of the Board was established: President Ray Nivarel, Vice President Laura Smith and Secretary/Treasurer Robert Tindell were in attendance. Tracie Black represented Premier Association Management.
Proof of Notice: Notice was mailed 15 days in advance within the 2022 Annual Meeting package.
Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes:
- There were no minutes submitted for approval.
Board Organization
- A motion was made by Laura Smith, seconded by Robert Tindell "to leave positions the same for 2022." All in favor, motion carries. There is one (1) vacant spot available; a motion was made by Ray Nivarel, seconded by Laura Smith, "to appoint Kathleen Ridenour to the open Director's position.' All in favor, motion carries.
- A motion was made by Laura Smith, seconded by Robert Tindell, "to appoint Gizele Wallace & Luciana Willis to the ARB committe." All in favor, motion carries.
Review of Financial Statement:
- Management reviewed the financial statement for the period ending December, 2021. Discussion was held on the expenses for the month and the accounts receivable report.
Violations Report:
- Management provided the violation report to the Board. Management will review the report and close out violations that have been corrected.
New Business:
- Yard of the Month Robert Tindell motioned to approve the Yard of the Month for 606 La Costa, seconded by Kathleen Ridenour and unanimously approved.
- Off Duty Patrols A motion was made by Kathleen Ridenour, seconded by Laura Smith "to have off duty patrol officers within Quail Valley on February 18, 2022, between 3-7 p.m. All in favor, motion carries.
- Garage Sale & Block Party A motion was made by Laura Smith, seconded by Kathleen Ridenour "to hold a Garage sale from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Block Party 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Saturday March 26, 2022, with the costs approved at $5,000." Robert Tindell will get the food truck vendors and bounce house. A charity truck will also be scheduled to pick up any tiems not sold after the garage sale..
- Doggy Stations Robert Tindell proposed that the Board not start a new service for the doggy stations but save the funds in order to purchase new stations.
Open Floor:
- The Board heard a couple of additonal comments / concerns from homeowners which the Board and/or Management answered.
Adjournment: A motion was made by Laura Smith, seconded by Robert Tindell "to adjourn the meeting at 8:32 p.m.". All in favor, motion carries.
