Quail Valley Residents, there was a burglary recently on Gentle Breeze. It appears the burglars may have been driving a red van. Please be sure to keep your eye out for any suspicious behavior in your neighborhood and call the police if necessary. Keep your car and home locked and alarms on. Better to be safe than sorry! Message from the Board of Directors Please do not park across the sidewalk. Remember the schoolchildren and handicapped people who live in Quail Valley. When the sidewalks are blocked by parked vehicles they have to use the street when going to the bus or just going about their business. This is a safety hazard for everyone in the community. Parking across the sidewalk is also contrary to Minneola City Ordinance and may result in citation and/or fines. See the Minneola Code of Ordinances, Subpart A - General Ordinances, Chapter 44, Article II, Sec. 44-52, Stopping, standing and parking prohibited in specified places. |

New Housing Development Adjoining Quail Valley |
The Quail Valley Board of Directors wish to bring to the attention of Quail Valley homeowners the following information regarding a new housing development by Hanover Homes which will be built immediately to the east of Quail Valley behind Tranquility, Trade Winds and Carlyle. This information consists of e-mails from Ben Snyder, representing the developer, to David Yeager, President of the Quail Valley Board of Directors. In essence, Mr. Snyder's e-mails indicate that "the homes that will be built in the community ... may not be identical to" the illustrations of the attachments.
